President/ Licensed Title Agent
Amanda grew up in SW Florida and has been in the title insurance industry for over 20 years. She started working part-time for her mother as a processor, and when she graduated in 1999, she joined her mother full-time in Bonita Springs as an escrow officer. During that time, Amanda transitioned into a management position, overseeing the Bonita Springs office. In 2009, she opened Superior Title Services. With a strong work ethic, Amanda has become the most productive title insurance agent on Sanibel and Captiva Islands. She is passionate about the industry and still makes time for her family, the community, and charitable organizations. As an active affiliate member of the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of Realtors, Amanda has received Affiliate of the Year honors in 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022. She takes pride in her work and strives for perfection to ensure your real estate closing is seamless and positive.
VP of Operations/Remote Online Notary
Dustyn officially joined his wife, Amanda, at Superior Title Services in 2020, assisting her with all facets of the business including the processing of real estate closings and refinancing. Dustyn has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry as a real estate broker and manager, rental manager, and developer, and is a past president of the Sanibel and Captiva Islands Association of Realtors. Dustyn's background brings a new perspective to the business.
Consultant/Trainer/Licensed Title Agent
Brenda has over 30 years of experience in the title insurance industry, and her knowledge and expertise have earned her a reputation as one of the best in the business. After working in the corporate world for many years, Brenda took the initiative to open up her own title insurance company, Superior Title Services of SWFL, in 2003, In 2019, she merged her business with Superior Title Services. Originally from Louisiana, her "down south" charm and attention to detail help ensure a warm, seamless transaction.
Processor/Closer/Licensed Title Agent
Chelsea is a recent graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, where she received a master's degree. She is detail-oriented and has excellent analytical skills, which have helped her excel as a processor and closer. She has already proven herself to be a valuable asset and has a bright future as part of the Superior Title Services team.
Receptionist/Hospitality Specialist
Renee is a valuable receptionist who is professional, friendly, and organized. She is detail-oriented and always has a positive attitude, even on the most stressful days. She has been a true gem to add to our Superior Title Services team.
VP Customer Relations/Company Morale Specialist
Superior Title Services has a furry employee named Bodie Corace, who serves as the company's morale specialist. Bodie is an adorable dog who helps keep the team's spirits high and creates a positive work environment. Even though Bodie can't sign closing documents or answer phones, his presence in the office is greatly appreciated by everyone at Superior Title Services.
